All services rendered are non-refundable.

Keep all your personal Items with you. We will not be bold accountable for lost/stolen or damaged

We reserve the right to take the next customer if you are arrive a 5 minutes late. You will be able to wait for the next available nail tech when you come in.

Please allow 24 hours notice in advance for your cancellation or re-scheduling appointment. Your promptness is appreciated .

Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. We are not responsible for lost/stolen gift cards.

For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems or allergies that may affect your service.

In the event of scratches or damages to the nails post-service, please notify the salon within 24 hours for corrective measures.

Corrective services must be performed within 7 days of the initial service. In the event you are unable to come in for these corrections please contact the salon and we would be happy to try to make accommodations how we see fit.
These corrections do not apply to a change of color/ design or service entirely.

We are committed to redoing any service at no additional cost if the quality falls short of your expectations, provided immediate feedback is given during the service.
However, if our technician has confirmed and addressed concerns during the service, complimentary redoing will not be available.

Your departure from the salon indicates acceptance and satisfaction with the services provided.

Clients will be liable for any costs associated with repairs or replacements necessary by damage caused due to lack of care post-service. This includes but is not limited to; breakage, chipping, or lifting of the nails.

We have a small space so we ask cells phone call be kept to minimum and speakers phone/ FaceTime not be used

Kids are not recommended to be in Nails salon due to nail chemical and drill tools. We are not responsible for any damage/ accidents to your kids.

Service Refusal:

Please be advised that we reserve the right to decline service under the following circumstances:

  • Individuals presenting with open/infected wounds in the service area.
  • Those with nail conditions or underlying health concerns that may pose a risk of contagion or exacerbation of their condition.
  • Individuals displaying rude, disrespectful , behaving improperly, intoxicated
